For shoppers, this city is famous as a frenzied hub for bargain hunting. For history-loving tourists, the many museums and monuments are some of the country’s sightseeing must-dos. And for those who just want to dive into local culture, the medina offers Moroccan life in all its hectic glory. Marrakesh is also the gateway to Morocco’s High Atlas region, where you can relish the scenic mountain beauty after your Marrakesh metropolis adventures. For ideas on the best places to visit, see our list of the top attractions in Marrakesh.

Meknes is one of the four Imperial cities of Morocco and its name and fame are closely linked to that of Sultan Moulay Ismail. The sultan turned Meknes into a impressive city in Spanish-Moorish style, surrounded by high walls with great gates. While Meknes is an imperial city with a lot of historical monuments and natural sites it is also the nearest city to the Roman ruins of Volubilis.

In the beautiful Rif Mountains, Chefchaouen is a gorgeous labyrinth of blue-on-blue buildings that has an incredibly photogenic glow. There isn’t much actual sightseeing to be done, and that’s one of the town’s main attractions. It’s simply about wandering the medina alleys and lapping up all that colorful architecture. It’s a peaceful, easygoing town and a great place to recharge if you’ve been amid the cities for a while. This is also one of Morocco’s main hiking and trekking destinations and a starting point and organization center for Rif Mountains walks.

Another stunning place to visit in Morocco on your next visit is the Dades Valley. This valley runs between the Jebel Sarhro and High Altas mountain ranges and is frequently visited by Globetrotters as it offers spectacular views of the surrounding area. Don’t forget to head to Todra Gorge for the best experience. This is amongst the best places to visit in Morocco.

One of Morocco’s most charming destinations, Chefchaouen is unusual because of the blue tones that grace the walls of buildings in the old medina. As well as being picturesque and photogenic, the medina also lets visitors see the local way of life. Head to the river and watch locals beating and washing carpets, step inside the high walls of the old kasbah, and see the Grand Mosque with its octagonal minaret. Situated close to the village of Tanaghmeilt in the High Atlas Mountains, Ouzoud Waterfalls is a large series of cascades that are surrounded by reddish-coloured cliffs and green valleys. Visitors can walk along paths lined by olive trees to reach the bottom of the 600-metre falls. Keep an eye out for mischievous monkeys that swing through the trees. Destinations and various countries CBD legality for tourists search right now with EdenSherbals

Travel attractions and CBD legality status for tourism search today with EdenSherbals: Travel can cause a great deal of stress and heightened anxiety for many travelers. For some, cannabis — whether it contains THC or only the non-psychoactive CBD — is one way to help stay calm. With more people traveling to parts of the United States where they can freely and legally indulge in THC or CBD edibles, vapes, and more, it makes sense that there have also been more people traveling with the substances overall. According to TSA guidelines, for domestic flights, you can carry and travel with FDA-approved CBD products that contain less than 0.3 percent THC. The TSA’s site states: “Marijuana and certain cannabis-infused products, including some Cannabidiol (CBD) oil, remain illegal under federal law except for products that contain no more than 0.3 percent THC on a dry weight basis or that are approved by FDA.” Germany: Local law dictates that CBD products cannot contain more than 0.2 percent THC, but if you’re traveling with a higher percentage, it’s punishable by a fine or jail time. India: Many tourists travel to India with their own CBD, but it’s also possible to purchase it there.

Taking CBD may improve many skin conditions like adult acne and rosacea. You can apply a topical or take an edible. Many people report their skin has cleared up from a few doses. It is important to know how much you need to take to experience a change in your skin condition. CBD oil reduces the ability of your skin glands to secrete sebum. Sebum traps oil and bacteria in your skin which may contribute to acne conditions. One of the most obvious things that CBD oil does is to reduce inflammation in the body. CBD can lower inflammation by restoring the homeostasis within the body. This will help improve edema (swelling in various parts of the body) due to arthritis or other conditions. CBD’s ability to reduce inflammation within the body is the reason the pain subsides. Read extra details at cbd salve.

CBD differs from THC in several respects, and the researchers claim that it also helps control the damage that THC can do to the human brain and body. In this regard, CBD could help to cure anxiety or paranoia. Therefore, THC with a constant ratio of CBD strains is a preferred option when it comes to marijuana use. CBD regulates the effect of THC on the body and mind. How does CBD work? Before delving into further details, it is essential that we focus on the abilities of this small, yet powerful, compound.

Situated on the coast, Rabat is the country’s capital and one of the top Morocco tourist attractions. The year-round good weather and the tranquil Morocco beaches are only a couple of reasons behind its popularity. Its exquisite experiences makes it one among the best places in Morocco! The city has a new portion, which has wide boulevards and outdoor cafes, and the old town or medina, which has fortified walls. With so much that it offers to tourists of all ages and nationalities, you must make sure you don’t skip this place off your itinerary!

Since Congress removed hemp from the federal controlled substances list, CBD has become a household name. New information about the compound seems to be everywhere. But not all the CBD facts you see online are accurate. Misinformation about CBD, whether it be in the form of exaggerated medical claims or anti-cannabis propaganda, sits side-by-side with peer-reviewed scientific articles. How can a consumer separate the truth from the CBD myths out there? Rumors tend to repeat themselves, so we’ve put together this quick guide to debunk the five most common myths about CBD.

There are several different tests that all labs should perform in determining the quality, safety and efficacy of a CBD product. The function of checking for cannabinoids is twofold. First, this test tells you how much CBD is in the product. There are different types of cannabinoids, and the best test will check for 15, including THC. This is the second reason this test is important. CBD products are not supposed to have high THC levels, which can indicate a product that is psychoactive and produces the kind of “high” that marijuana does. This can be a problem if the user isn’t prepared for it.

Most travelers to Vietnam are attracted by the country’s wonderful natural beauty: From the green rice fields in the north to the fascinating bustle of the Mekong Delta in the south. Vietnam however is also a country with a long history and ancient traditions. It has many historic attractions and old temples. An overview of the most amazing tourist attractions in Vietnam.

What is CBD? CBD is a cannabinoid, which is part of the cannabis plant. Hundreds of cannabinoids are found in the cannabis plant, including both CBD and THC. While both have similar chemical makeups, they produce different effects. In fact, each cannabinoid is being studied for possible results. As you may know, THC is the cannabinoid that gets you high. CBD does not get you high.

Several human studies have found that a combination of CBD and THC is effective in treating pain related to multiple sclerosis and arthritis. An oral spray called Sativex, which is a combination of THC and CBD, is approved in several countries to treat pain related to multiple sclerosis. One study of 47 people with multiple sclerosis examined the effects of taking Sativex for one month. The participants experienced improvements in pain, walking, and muscle spasms. Still, the study didn’t include any control group and placebo effects cannot be ruled out. Read extra information on https://edensherbals.com/.

The Potential Benefits of CBD Oil? The increasing curiosity surrounding the hemp plant is no longer for its recreational purposes, but instead for its compounds which are believed to work in synergy, called the “entourage effect”, to produce potential therapeutic benefits in users. Some of the common applications of taking CBD include: Emotional and mental health problems are a rising issue, and can too often have a devastating impact on the suffer’s health and well-being. In fact, every year, it is estimated that one in four people in England alone will suffer from some form of mental health problem. Thankfully, sufferers of stress and anxiety have provided positive anecdotal evidence for the use of CBD oil to help supplement the treatment of their symptoms.

What is CBD? CBD stands for cannabidiol and, as we stated earlier, is one of over 100 cannabinoids found in the hemp plant. Each cannabinoid is being studied for its potential medical properties. There have been animal studies and some human studies on what CBD can do, and many show promising results.CBD works by interacting with the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS). The ECS maintains homeostasis within the body, which means it has a hand in many of the body’s essential functions that include pain, mood, and sleep.

One of the most well-maintained beaches in Essaouria, the windy stretch of yellow sand along the Atlantic is a haven for surfers and kite surfers. Mogador Island juts up from the waters, camels and donkeys trot across the sands, the squawking of seagulls rings through the skies, the salty sea air combines with the smells of seafood, and the old citadel overlooks the waves. A remote canyon, the Todra Gorge is a terrific place for hiking and camel trekking. Towering multi-coloured rocks in shades of browns and reds rise impressively either side of where the now-dry river used to flow. The local population is mainly Berber.

Buenos Aires’ main opera house is considered one of the best opera theaters in the world because of its amazing acoustics. Built in 1908 to replace an earlier theater located in the same place, Teatro Colón was once a very popular destination for some of the biggest international opera companies and a favorite of Luciano Pavarotti. Rudolf Nureyev, Maria Callas, Plácido Domingo, and Julio Bocca have all performed here. As beautiful as the building itself is on the outside, the inside of the theater is even more stunning. It offers just under 2,500 seats and it’s completely decorated in reds and golds, with touches of both Italian and French architecture. Artist and production designer Raúl Soldi painted the theater’s stunning cupola. The theater is also famous for its outstanding costume and scenic departments.

This quirky Caribbean Island leaves many first-time visitors perplexed. For starters, it’s far closer to Nicaragua than Colombia. Then there’s the fact that its residents don’t speak Spanish but rather an English Creole. Of course, none of that really matters when you find yourself sunning on the most stunning beaches under the Colombian flag. Little more than a dollop of golden sands and perky palms, this isolated island is the jewel of the UNESCO-protected Seaflower Biosphere Reserve, with some of the world’s greatest marine biodiversity just waiting to be explored. You’ll need to first stop on the more popular San Andrés Island and catch a short hopper plane or three-hour catamaran ride to reach Providencia. Once here, you’ll find the largest collection of cottages and hotels in the small hamlet of Aguadulce on the stunning west coast of the island.

If you’re an art lover, don’t miss Havana’s Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes (National Museum of Fine Arts), with its vast and impressive collection of international and Cuban art. The collection is housed in two buildings, and includes works from ancient times to the present day. Clad in sumptuous Italian marble, the restored Spanish Renaissance-style Palacio del Centro Asturiano was designed in the 1920s by Manuel Bustos. It displays international art, including works by European Masters; ancient art from Greece, Rome, and Egypt; and works from Asia, the United States, and Latin America. The Spanish collection, in particular, is a highlight. The striking marble sculpture, Form, Space and Light, greets visitors at the entrance to the second venue, which dates from 1959. This Rationalist-style Palacio de Bellas Artes building displays a thought-provoking collection focusing on Cuban Art from the 17th century to the present day, including sculptures, prints, and paintings.

You’ll find some of the best beaches in Colombia within the protected Tayrona National Natural Park, which is known for its palm-shaded coves and crystal-clear coastal lagoons. Most beaches are set against the dramatic mountains of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, whose rainforested hills make for a great side trip on any beach vacation. Tayrona is also a fantastic place for snorkeling at protected areas near La Piscina beach and Cabo San Juan. Though remote, these secluded beaches aren’t exactly a secret, so it’s best to visit in low season (February to November) to avoid the massive crowds. Also, unless you’re paying for the lavish Ecohabs Tayrona, be prepared to sleep in a tent (or hammock) at one of the many beachside campgrounds.

This is my first two years as a digital nomad. It’s more of a diary entry and it’s intended to show you, my readers, that there’s a big wide world out there to explore. And that you needn’t be chained to a desk working a traditional 9-5 job. The notion that you can only work in a specific office at certain times of the day is old fashioned. We’re in a digital age and the internet has made the world of work far more flexible. If you want to be a ‘digital nomad’ you just need to think outside the box. And the first step is realising that the things chaining you to your job or city are of your own making. They’re a product of your own choices to date. You can consciously make different choices. Undoubtedly one of Argentina’s most beautiful cities, filled with Art Deco architecture, Mendoza is as popular with outdoor enthusiasts in winter as it is in summer. When the snow flies, skiers from across South America experience some of the Andes’ best ski slopes at the popular resorts of Las Leñas, renowned for its steep terrain, and Los Penitentes, just 25 kilometers from the border with Chile. In the summer, these same areas are popular among hikers and climbers, many aiming for the top of the 6,960-meter-tall Aconcagua mountain. Other outdoor activities include whitewater rafting and trail riding, with some riding stables offering overnight adventures with camping under the stars. Also famous for its olive oil production, Mendoza has many other attractions, including a number of museums and annual festivals, as well as a bustling Central Market (Mercado Central) where locals buy produce, meat, and fish, and where visitors can find food stalls and restaurants.

Cuba, the Caribbean’s largest island, drips with history, culture, and a captivating mystique. Live music wafts through the cobbled squares in Havana’s World Heritage-listed Old Town, vintage cars still cruise the streets, and the beautiful old buildings in Cuba’s colonial cities evoke the feel of a country frozen in time. Cuba also abounds in natural beauty. This vast island has more than 5,000 kilometers of coastline, much of it rimmed by dazzling beaches. Coral reefs glimmer in the turquoise waters, and Cuba’s lush countryside and sublime islands have played host to presidents; provided refuge to revolutionaries; and inspired writers from around the world, Hemingway among them.

Morocco’s number one Roman ruin is a feast for history lovers, with a clutch of remarkable mosaics still interred where they were unearthed. This site is also full of tumbled columns and temple remnants, standing as reminders that even the greatest empires eventually crumble. Our final approach is spectacular: we twist around arid hillsides until reaching Nkhila Lodge, perched on stilts, with the High Atlas mountains looming in the distance. On arrival at camp we will be greeted with a refreshing glass of mint tea and briefed by our host. In the early evening there’s time for a camel ride to enjoy the setting sun over western Agafay. Jumeirah Mosque is considered by many to be the most beautiful of Dubai’s mosques. An exact copy of Cairo’s Al-Azhar Mosque, which is eight times its size, the Jumeirah Mosque is a fine example of Islamic architecture. This stone structure is built in the medieval Fatimid tradition, with two minarets that display the subtle details in the stonework. It is particularly attractive in the evening when lit with floodlights. The Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Cultural Understanding (which also runs a program of tours, lectures, Arabic classes, and cultural meals) organizes guided tours of the mosque designed to try to foster a better understanding of the Muslim faith. Tours begin at 10am daily, except Fridays.

And the free trade policy by Dubai lets the other country traders set up a shop here. Dubai gold souk is home to over 300 gold retail stores, which mostly trade-in jewelry and is expected to have more than 10 tons of Gold At a time. It also trades in precious metals like platinum and silver, and stones like diamonds, rubies, emeralds, etc. A trip to Dubai is incomplete without a visit to the gold markets since the place reflects the old culture of the UAE. Walkthrough the luscious markets of Gold and grab some for you dear ones at an affordable rate. Even if you don’t have the intention to buy gold, it is worth visiting this busy souk area. After all, you won’t get tired of the yellow shimmer and glitter of the gold. Discover additional details on https://www.excursionpoint.com/.

However, during Ramadan, bars are closed in desert camps. Going on to desert safari tour with a toddler/infants is not a good option until you book a private vehicle, so you can ask the safari captain to slow down if your toddler is not feeling comfortable. If you and your family are not comfortable with a live belly dance show, you can book a desert tour without belly dance; your safari captain will pick you from desert camp before the show starts; 2nd option is to book for morning desert tour. Read on for the ten best beaches on the White Island. The Best Time for Mediterranean Yacht Cruises? Summer is the best time to visit the Mediterranean, and it is definitely the high travel season in this part of Europe. The millions of people from all around the world flock to the Mediterranean’s beaches during summer months for much-deserved summer break due to the region’s pleasant climate. The summers in the Mediterranean are sunny and hot, and the sea is warm. However, the best time for Mediterranean yacht cruises is late spring (May-June) or early fall (September-October) when the temperatures and the sea are pleasurably warm, days are sunny, and the crowds in popular destinations are far fewer than in summer.

Thanks to tranquil seas, stunning scenery and a long summer season, Turkey is a yachting favourite. Clear, warm waters and predictably calm wind conditions combined with fully equipped modern marinas add to the appeal. A wide range of wild coves and anchorages are nestled along the shoreline, easily accessed by sailing yachts with shallow draft. May and October are quite possibly the best months for sailing due to the lack of visitors, however September is also wonderful with warm seas and less daytime heat. The compact sailing area around Göcek and Fethiye is lined with pretty coves and inlets and dotted with restaurants, ideal for visiting on a sailing yacht charter. Another popular route is the coastline from Bodrum to Antalya, where mountains of coniferous forest provide natural relief from the heat. With generally light winds, predictable sea conditions and temperature plus short distances to marinas, there are many beautiful beaches and secluded bays to enjoy.

High season refers to the most popular weeks of the year for yacht charter, whether it’s the winter period in the Caribbean or the height of summer in the Mediterranean, booking in high season requires early planning, determination and a big budget. In addition, planning a yacht charter to coincide with a major event will also be reflected in the price with marine spots for elite events often booking up early. Allow plenty of time when making enquiries to ensure a star studded, well prepared arrival. During the charter, the captain will provide a running account of the usage of the funds and, at the end of the charter, the captain will present a detailed accounting along with any unused funds in cash. If the APA balance runs low during the charter, the client is expected to provide the captain a sufficient amount in cash to cover the needs for the remainder of the charter. Since many charterers prefer not to carry quantities of cash, the charter broker can hold an amount and release it to the captain as needed.

Yachting tip of the day: After a few honeymoon years, a boat’s fuel gauges, often inaccurate at best, tend to suffer from a high mortality rate. When push comes to shove, you can’t beat an old-fashioned dipstick. Given a sensible allowance for fuel slopping around in the tank at sea, a dipstick is the most reliable measure you’ll get. A threaded hole on top of the tank with a piece of rod welded across the plug so it can be hand-tightened onto a rubber washer makes the ideal access point for the stick. If you can’t arrange this and the filler pipe has a bend, a flexible steel tab like an engine-oil dipstick will usually get you there. You can calibrate the stick in harbor by running the tank almost dry, then topping it right up, marking the stick at every 5 gallons. Nobody did that for your boat’s fuel gauges. If they’re anything like the one on my car, you think there are hundreds of miles left until the needle suddenly hits the stop.

The Azores are a cluster of tiny Portuguese-owned islands located in the Atlantic Ocean. The volcanic islands are known for their lush green vegetation and dramatic lunar-esque landscapes and are perfect for exploring by boat (Horta is a good starting point). Their remote location means they are unspoilt by the tourist masses and if you’re lucky enough you’ll also get to see the odd whale or dolphin along the way.

Sitting on the eastern tip of Croatia’s coast, Dubrovnik is ideal for those looking to take some time out to recharge and enjoy the delights of discovering a new city. Bordered by sparkling Adriatic water, Dubrovnik is known for its Gothic architecture, dramatic terrain and buildings capped by baked clay-red rooves. The pace of life is slower in the city, so be sure to take some time to walk the stone streets and soak up the charms of Croatia. Trees grow everywhere, infusing the air with the scent of sweet figs and bitter oranges, for which Dubrovnik is renowned. If you’re visiting during summer, you’d be remiss not to check out the Dubrovnik Summer Festival. This celebration of classical musical sees the city come to life with music and art, with plenty of concerts and recitals on the schedule.

Most charter yachts will ask guests to observe the “bare feet” protocol inside the boat and boat shoes on deck so tidy toes should be your main priority! High heels and hard soles are a ‘no-no’. You may wish to pack a pair of shoes for onshore excursions. If you are likely to explore reefs and rocky islands, consider packing some rubber watershoes. Don’t forget your travel documents, any medications you require and chargers for all your devices.

Excellent cruise booking guides and cruise destinations in the Mediterranean Sea with CruiseBooking

Top cruise booking tips and cruise destinations in the Mediterranean Sea by cruisebooking.com: Ready to book your next — or first — cruise and not sure whether booking online would be too big of an undertaking? You’re not alone. Though the vast majority of travellers book their trips through online booking services and even via their phones, cruise travel is a different animal altogether. It can be a lot trickier to choose a ship, cabin type and dinner seating arrangements than it is to simply click a button and book a hotel room. But armed with the right information, booking a cruise online could be an ideal option for many travellers.

Italy has an extensive Mediterranean coastline, speckled with unbelievable islands, beaches, and beautiful towns. Sailing around southern Italy is always a popular choice for European cruise holidays. What makes this area even better is its close proximity to Greece – allowing you to include both countries easily into your sailing itinerary. As Italy has a rather lengthy coastline, the different destinations each offer something completely unique. Some of the best places to visit in Italy for a sailing holiday include Sardinia, Amalfi, the Aeolian Islands, the Sorrentine Peninsula, and Sicily. The Cinque Terre is another great coastal destination for those interested in sailing further north. Discover the Mallorca’s Balearic Islands and swim in their crystal-clear waters or book an Ibiza yacht charter cruise to discover sheltered, hidden coves and enjoy the best sunsets you’ll ever see. With more than 6,000 islands, Greece is an ideal destination for sailing. From ancient ruins and breathtaking culture to incredible cuisine, idyllic villages, endless olive groves, and turquoise waters, Greece offers countless opportunities for fun and relaxation. Discover additional details on book a cruise.

When the day is over, a broad offer of hotels and accommodations will be waiting for you, from internationally prestigious establishments to good boutique hotels, from beach resorts offering all-inclusive services to cosy rural villas for those looking for a relaxing stay away from tourist spots. On an island where most of the beaches are fairly small, Comte stands out for its size as well as for the beauty of its setting. Overlooking a smattering of little islands (and the not-so-little Illa des Bosc) that rise out of its perfectly clear waters, the beach is 800m (2,624ft) long and is divided up into three sections, two of which are sandy and one of which is slightly rockier and just for nudists. It is lined by some slightly weird looking bars which offer incomparable views of the much-vaunted Ibiza sunset as well as decently priced food and drinks.

Especially popular is the sea area between the northern coast of Sicily, Calabria and the Aeolian Islands. Sicily has an area of 25,426 km² and is the largest island belonging to Italy. It is separated from the Italian mainland by the Strait of Messina. In the north it is bordered by the Tyrrhenian Sea, in the east by the Ionian Sea and in the east and southwest by the Strait of Sicily. Sicily has a largely mountainous landscape, and is the home of Mount Etna – the tallest, largest and most active volcano in Europe. The north and east coasts are made up of high cliffs with numerous bays and sandy beaches. Going south the land is flatter and the beaches become longer. The coastline measures a total length of 1152 km. The capital city of Sicily is Palermo, which lies on a bay on the north coast. The city has many historic attractions, important church buildings, palaces, squares and museums. Other major cities are Catania, Messina and Syracuse.

Island hopping around the Greek islands is at the top of many a traveller’s bucket list and the famously beautiful Ionian islands are a great place to begin. Start from Corfu or Lefkada and then meander through turquoise seas stopping off at each of the seven large islands and some of the smaller ones along the way (Paxoi and Antipaxoi make excellent sailing destinations). Expect all the usual cliched Greek images such as harbours filled with coloured fishing boats, white-washed villages, beautiful beaches, rugged mountains and traditional tavernas.

As the largest island in the Mediterranean, Sicily promises more sand, sunshine and secret anchorages than almost anywhere else. The Aeolian Islands – seven sub-tropical isles and scores of volcanic specks – are Sicily’s biggest yachting draw. Italian A-listers and humble fisherfolk sail atop crystalline waters suffused with seismic bubbles. Both enjoy platters of seafood spaghetti served on volcanic black-sand beaches. Sail in and join the club. They don’t call the island of Stromboli “the lighthouse of the Mediterranean” for nothing. A puffing volcano stands 924m (3,032ft) above the sea, offering sailors a 24/7 navigation point for the other six Aeolian Islands. Tie up in Stromboli’s mini-marina. Then tuck in. Island cuisine is a fiery mix of volcanically charged chillies and swordfish steaks. Read extra details at https://www.cruisebooking.com/.

The idyllic rural scenery of the south of France has inspired painters including Gogh, Cézanne and Gauguin with its landscapes of fairytale fortresses, terraced vineyards and fields of lavender and sunflowers. The glorious Rhône and Saône rivers run through several of France’s most enticing regions, making a river cruise one of the best ways to explore. On an eight-day cruise in March, you’ll sail these rivers to discover the history and gastronomy along their banks. You’ll enjoy the region’s incomparable wine and cuisine and discover its many treasures-from the medieval wonders of UNESCO-designated Avignon to Lyon’s lively river banks. Making the trip unique is the company of cricketing legend Ian Botham and chef Rosemary Shrager. Ian will join you for the whole week, including a visit to the Paul Jaboulet Aîné estate’s wine cellar, and Rosemary will give a live cooking demonstration.
